What a difficult process!
Someone kindly gave us a gift experience for two nights in boutique hotel. There are several choices but you have to activate it for your choice. You call the booking agent to confirm the dates you’d like to stay. You’re told they are not available but of course you’ve now activates your voucher! Honestly, it’s just ridiculous system. So, next step contact someone, anyone, anywhere….but apparently they no longer have a customer service helpline, plus the Webchat function online is not working. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company or risk purchasing a gift for someone going forward.

The lovely lady (Megs Bhamber) who dealt with my query (around an expired voucher) was very professional and empathetic of my situation. Megs was time efficient and had brilliant customer service while responding to my emails.

I received fantastic customer service…
I received fantastic customer service from Leah. I had a complaint nothing to do with Virgin experience but the restaurant. Leah listened, apologised, didn't try to fob me off, updated me and dealt with everything so efficiently and quickly I was very impressed and felt it restored my faith. I will definitely be booking another Virgin experience day .
